Order placed 11/3, received 11/16/22. Things NOT as described: >The robot has NO sense of direction. It has run over two hours on several occasions simply because it constantly cleans the same places VERY thoroughly then misses a few hundred square feet all together. It cannot consistently find its base even though it is on an open wall in a wide-open space. >This thing is so loud. There is no activity you can perform while it is in the same room. It is loud on carpet. It is loud on hardwood. LOUD! >Vacuum loses connection to the internet DAILY. It is stationed directly beside my modem so there is no reason for it to lose connection, yet it does. We have a fully smart home with fans, bulbs, garage door opener, mailbox sensor, blah blah. Nothing wrong with our 2.4G internet connection. The app was perhaps the most disappointing part. The map is rudimentary and does not allow for zone set up or labeling and saving rooms/spaces. You can only schedule ONE time per day to clean.

Buyer beware!! Do not purchase this item. The review I left is accurate and correct. The seller has refused a refund and the site is allowing them to keep my funds. The money is not the issue put the facts are that the item is not as described and is less than the ad promises. That should be reason enough to ensure the refund but it is not. The demand has been that I upload a video as proof but I have no way to record and upload the video because the issues occur randomly. The engineers for the seller actually advised me to "reconnect the wifi" to the robot. Of course that would work but why should I have to do that everyday before using the item?! Please heed my review. Buyer beware.
