Useful Tips

1. Are these pieces available in different colors and size? 

Yes. We have color chart for your reference, our designer also can develop the color you offer. The size can be customized.   

2. Are these glass items broken easily during delivery ?

We use the velvet small scrips and polyfoam to fill the blankets, and packed withwooden case, this kind of packing can make the products safe during the delivery. Don't worry! Also will have extra replacements be sent to you.

3. How to clean glass chandelier and sculpture? 

Using feather duster will be ok or something like hair drier also is good choice.

4. Is the installation of blown light difficult?

No,it is very easy and we will provide a detail installation instruction for you.Meanwhile,you can install the lighting or sculpture as what you like. In additon, to be honest, the glass is packed uninstalled and there will be certain difference depends on different people's installation to make it artist look, and the color may be a little bit different since it totally hand blown, they mihgt look 90% the same as photo. It may be fun to install by yourself and make it unique style as you like. Do you mind it?

5. What should i do if some glass are broken?

All the blown glass products on our shop will be carefully packed before shipment, but it is normal case to have some glass pieces broken and don't worry about this, as we bring the good news for customers: we will provide 5-10% spare parts for you to replace the broken parts and the glass pieces will be enough.

6.  What kind of bulbs be used for chandelier ? Input voltage is? Life is? Can I buy from our country easily?

We use LED bulbs,which is environmental protection & energy conservation.

Input voltage is 110V,220V,240V,can be used in world-wide.

Life of LED: at least 50,000 hours.
These LED is international standard, you can buy in your country easily.
