In the range of 620-850 degrees, and with silver -based solder, silver brazing copper and copper alloy, copper and stainless steel, can effectively dissolve the various metal oxides, fueling solder overflow.

Function:
1. Melting, covering, isolating, preventing oxidation
2. Clean the surface of weld
3. Participation in flow brazing/puddle welding

Cautions:
1. Clean oils, oxides and other contaminants of brazing components and solder surface .
2. Before welding, workpiece must be preheated to about 500 degrees and electrode coated with an appropriate amount of brazing flux .
3. After welding, cleaning welds, prevent corrosion of residues solder flux.
4. It should be stored in a dry place, against damp.

Welding operation:
1. Mix the welding powder with pure water to paste.
2. Apply paste to the mouth of welding workpiece, or pre-heating the brazing and soldering alloy first.
3. Use the brazing and soldering alloy stick with the welding powder. The welding gap could not too big. It is normally 0.01-0.05mm.
In the flame brazing, usually to use neutral welding. In the operation, should to avoid to use the flame to heat the brazing & soldering alloy and the welding powder.
